Most setups fail at sending, not building
Building pipelines and workflows is the easy part. The setups we see break are the ones that cannot deliver: emails sent from a shared domain that land in spam, US texts blocked because the number was never linked to an approved A2P 10DLC campaign, or forms whose consent wording does not match the registration, so the campaign is rejected.
