04 · What we do differently
Most redesigns lose traffic at launch. Yours should not.
The riskiest day in a website's life is launch day. When page addresses change without redirects, every link and ranking that pointed at the old pages breaks, and Google starts again. It is the most common reason a new website brings in less business than the old one.
Before we launch, we list every URL the old site had, decide for each whether it stays, moves to a matching new page or is retired, and test the redirects on the live server. We did exactly this when we rebuilt our own website.

What drives the price.
- Number of pages and templates. A ten-page business site is a smaller job than a fifty-page site with many layouts.
- Custom design or theme. A fully custom design takes longer than adapting a quality theme.
- E-commerce. The number of products, variants, payment and shipping rules.
- Integrations. CRM, booking, payment, inventory or automation connections.
- Content. Whether you supply text and photos or we write and source them.
- Migration. Moving content and redirecting many URLs from an old site.
We send a fixed-price proposal after discovery, listing every page and feature it covers.

Frequently asked questions.
How long does a website take?
Most small business websites take four to eight weeks from discovery to launch. The biggest factor is how quickly content and feedback arrive.
Should I choose WordPress or Shopify?
Shopify if selling products online is the main job; WordPress if the site is mainly content and enquiries. We also build custom sites when speed and security matter most.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes on WordPress and Shopify, and we show you how. On custom sites, we set up a simple way to edit content or make updates for you.
Will I lose my Google rankings when you redesign my site?
Not if the migration is done properly. We map every old URL to a new one and test the redirects before and after launch.
Is SEO included?
The technical foundations are: page structure, titles, schema, speed, sitemap and redirects. Ongoing SEO work is a separate service.
Do you provide hosting?
We set up hosting in your name with a reliable provider, so you always own your site and domain.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. We first check what already works, including pages that rank and bring enquiries, so the redesign keeps them.
Do you build online stores?
Yes, mainly on Shopify, and on WooCommerce when a store needs to live inside WordPress.
